Petivity Returns
We’re confident that you’ll love your Petivity purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer options for returns, refunds and exchanges. These options vary depending on product type.

- Smart devices can be returned within 90 days for a full refund with proof of purchase. They may also be exchanged.
- Health tests can be refunded within 90 days of receipt, or a replacement product can be sent to you.

Smart Devices
Our Petivity smart devices are backed by a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return your smart device undamaged within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Returns with proof of purchase will be refunded. Proof of purchase can include one of the following: receipt, invoice, order confirmation page, order details page, or order emails. If you don't have proof of purchase, we'll exchange your unit for one of equal value.
To qualify for a refund:
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our Support Team within 90 days of your purchase date. Contact our Consumer Support Team by calling 866-979-2477 or e-mailing us at support@petivity.com. We will provide you with a shipping box and pre-paid shipping label to use for your return.
- Returned devices must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method or by other means depending on where the device was purchased.
- You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Petivity’s return center. Petivity will not be responsible for any packages lost in transit to the return center.
- If you return the device without obtaining a return label from the Consumer Support Team, or if you are unable to provide a return label tracking number or proof of return (if you processed the return yourself), Petivity retains the right to refuse return or refund request.

Health Tests
Petivity health tests are backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. While we are unable to accept returns, we will gladly refund your purchase price or offer a replacement product if you're not completely satisfied.
