Your subscription activates your GPS and activity-tracking coverage.
The Tracker uses GPS and connects with AT&T and T-Mobile networks to track your dog’s location while they’re at your house, out on walks, or possibly lost. It then sends that data back to your Petivity Dog Tracker app so you can quickly find your pup.
Activity coverage allows you to monitor your pet’s activity and rest – daily and over time.
After purchasing your subscription, you can immediately access all of the Tracker’s features. Just open your Dog Tracker app to get started.
Head’s up – when you purchase a subscription, a Petivity subscription account is automatically created for you. You’ll receive an email after purchase with a link to log in. Select that link. Then, enter the email you used to purchase your subscription, and choose ‘send login code.’ You’ll receive an access code to enter your account and manage your subscription.
(Note the subscription account is different from your main Petivity account where you can view past product purchases.)
Each Tracker requires its own subscription. You can manage them all in one place in your Petivity subscription account.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to the Petivity subscription login page and enter the email you used to purchase your subscription. You’ll be sent an access code. Log in with your code, select Manage Subscriptions, and then Cancel subscription.
Have more than one Tracker subscription? Note the subscription ID in the Dog Tracker app to make sure you cancel the right one.
