What is Purina Rewards?
Purina Rewards is the loyalty program for consumers of Purina brands, including Petivity. You can earn points by purchasing eligible products or by completing various activities in the myPurina App. Points earned can be redeemed for exclusive rewards.
You can sign up for Purina Rewards via the myPurina App from your mobile app store or on Purina.com.
How do I earn Purina Rewards points for my Petivity purchase?
Earning points for your Petivity purchase is easy. If you made a purchase from Petivity but don’t have a loyalty account:
- Sign up for Purina Rewards via the myPurina App from your mobile app store or on Purina.com
- Pro tip: Make sure the email address on your Petivity account matches the email associated with your Purina Rewards account.
- In the app, select Upload Receipt and follow the steps
- After submitting your receipt, points will be processed and awarded within three business days
If you made a Petivity purchase or plan to and already have a loyalty account, you’re good to go! When your product ships, points will be automatically added to your Rewards account.
How do I redeem points and what can I redeem my points for?
Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for a variety of rewards. Visit the Purina Rewards section on the myPurina app or on Purina.com and browse through our catalog to see the available options.
Rewards include discounts on pet food, treats, toys, and more. When you see something you want, simply choose your reward, follow the steps to redeem it, and enjoy!
How soon do points show up in my account?
Points typically appear in your Purina Rewards account within 24 hours after your Petivity purchase ships. If you don’t see the points in your account within 48 hours, call Purina Customer Service at 1-800-456-7080.
