How do I create an account on Petivity.com?
To create an account with Petivity.com click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page on our site. This is the head and shoulders icon located to the right of the shopping cart icon. This will direct you to the Log in page, where you can also choose to “Create account.” Choose “Create account” and you will be asked to provide your First and Last Name, an email address and password.
Your Petivity.com account credentials are for this store only. You will be prompted to create a Petivity account when you download the app.
How do I reset my Petivity.com password?
To reset your password for Petivity.com, click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page on our site. This is the head and shoulders icon located to the right of the shopping cart icon. This will direct you to the Log in page, where you can also choose “Forgot your password?” From there, submit your email, and you will receive a Password Reset email.
