How do I create an account on Petivity.com?
To create an account with Petivity.com, find the Account icon that looks like a person (either in the top-right of your page or within the menu in the top-left on mobile, and click it to go to the Log In page. There you can choose to "Create Account" where you'll enter your First and Last Name, an email address, and password to create your account.
Your Petivity.com account credentials are for this store only. You will be prompted to create a Petivity account when you download the app.
How do I reset my Petivity.com password?
To reset your password for Petivity.com, click on the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of any page on our site. This is the head and shoulders icon located to the right of the shopping cart icon. This will direct you to the Log in page, where you can also choose “Forgot your password?” From there, submit your email, and you will receive a Password Reset email.
